These buildings are from the farm my grandmother grew up on.
Vern’s Repair – CLD-N-003 $16.95
(Based on a building my father in law liked.)
Hotel – CLD-N-004 $18.95
(Based on a photo of a block building in our area.)
Motor Car Shed – CLD-N-005 $6.95
(A replica of the C&PR RR shed that was in Mcindoe Falls, Vt. This is now being restored and will be part of the Passumpsic RR, in Barnet Vt.) We are working on kits of other buildings they are restoring.
Store – CLD-N-006 $13.95
( My brother needed an old store for his layout. ) It was nice to be able to help him out.
New England Sugar House – CLD-N-007 $13.95
Based on a former students family sugar house. It sure smells good in there when they are boiling the sap.
Larry’s Welding – CLD-N-008 $18.95
Based on features from a few local shops, garages, fix it shops, etc. Named for a welding teacher who is nearing retirement. Just a thought for what he might do with his spare time.
Laplant’s Sugar House – CLD-N-009 $12.95
This kit has laser engraved boards, windows, doors and trim. This is another former student’s family sugar house. “We have 4 other local sugar houses that we have permission to do kits of.”
Log Cabin #1 – CLD-N-010 $15.95
Made with 2 sided sheets with logs milled into it. Kit walls are cut with overlaping logs on corners.

This is the second in a series of differnt styles of log homes.

he Lyndon Freight House – CLD-N-014 $27.95
The prototype is now home to Carmen’s Ice Cream, The Lyndon Freight House Restaurant & Gift Shop which also includes the “Iron Horse Gallery”.
I have also built a layout of Lyndonville as it looked in the late 1940’s.
The Dairy Association Bld. #3 – CLD-N-017 $12.95 (building #2 annex with walkway)
(This company in Lyndonville, Vt. makes the now reconized “Bag Balm” product)
This prototype is based on how the building looked in 2 photos from the 1940’s. Today the track side frieght doors are covered up with siding. As well as the side entrance door. The “garage doors” on the street side are still there.
At one time the insurance maps had this listed as the store for the variuos animal care products produced in the other larger buildings.
Garage #1 – CLD-N-023 $9.75
Kit is designed with a partial cement wall so it can be set into a bank.
Garage #2 – CLD-N-024 $10.75
Simple kit based on a plain more modern garage.
Bartlett Round House – CLD-N-050 $40.95
This kit was developed with the help of the “Bartlett Round House Preservation Club”. This group is raising funds and awareness to preserve this building.
