This is based on a real company in Sutton, Vt. They make fishing lures here.
NEW ENGLAND BARNS – KIT #CLD-HO-002 $28.95 (ALL 3 BARNS)
These are 3 of the barns on the farm my grandmother grew up on. They are still there, here in Lyndonville, Vt.
VERN’S REPAIR – KIT #CLD-HO-003 $28.95
This is based on a building that my father in-law liked. When he passed away, I created this kit and named it for him.
HOTEL – KIT #CLD-HO-004 $34.95
Based on a photo of a block in Lyndon, there is a building that is very similar in McIndoe Falls, Vt. (The kit features laser cut railings)

This kit is based on the building being restored by a local collector. On the inside of the door it is branded, C & P R R R (Connecticut & Passumpsic River Rail Road). This building is now part of the Passumpsic Railroad and we have permission to do kits of their buildings.
